How closely populace-US reproduces the budget effects of reforms with an official score — JCT-scored provisions (OBBBA) and JCT/Treasury tax-expenditure values for the big credits and deductions. Each reform is simulated on the dataset by the build pipeline; we compare to the published figure and track the gap release-over-release.
